Windsor Ontario's in-house dyno tuning facility for JDM builds. Whether you're local or anywhere across Canada, Border City Tuning offers professional dyno tuning in Windsor and remote e-tuning to get your build dialled in properly.
Installing aftermarket parts is only half the job. Without a proper tune, your engine won't know how to use them which could lead to some serious damage. Whether you've bolted on a new intake, exhaust, or something major like a big turbo, your car's ECU is still running factory settings that were never designed for your new setup. A proper dyno tune recalibrates the ECU to work with your modifications, ensuring the engine runs efficiently, safely, and at its full potential. Skipping the tune means leaving power on the table — and in some cases, risking serious engine damage over time.
At Border City Tuning we offer professional dyno tuning in Windsor at our in-house facility. We run the vehicle under load on the dyno while monitoring real-time data including air/fuel ratio, boost pressure, ignition timing and power output. This lets our tuners make live adjustments and dial everything in during a single session. We work with industry standard software including Hondata, ECUtek and COBB Accessport, covering a wide range of Honda, Subaru and Nissan platforms. If you've already picked up parts from our aftermarket parts catalogue, a dyno tune is the natural next step to complete your build.
Not local to Windsor? No problem. Our remote e-tuning service lets you get a professional tune from anywhere in Canada. You capture data logs from your car while driving, send them to our tuners, and we send back a revised tune file you flash directly to your ECU. It's the same process trusted by professional tuners worldwide, and it means nobody in Canada needs to make a long drive or cross the border just to get their build dialled in properly. Check out our supported tuning software brands to confirm your platform is covered.

This Civic came in with a freshly swapped K24, a full Skunk2 intake manifold and a custom exhaust which can be found at BCT. The owner had been driving on a base map for months. After a full Hondata FlashPro session on our dyno, the car picked up 28whp and the fuel trims were dialled in properly. Now it's running safely and getting the most out of every modification.
This WRX came in with a COBB intake, upgraded turbo inlet and a COBB downpipe and ETS rotated turbo kit already installed but still running an off-the-shelf Stage 1 map. After a custom COBB Accessport tune on our dyno the car was fully mapped for all the hardware, gained significant power across the rev range, and left with a much smoother, more responsive powerband throughout.
